Will I own this software?

I know of other software I want to use. Can I have you set that up for me?

This software will be licensed to you however we are not selling it to you. The charges from Cleaning Portals are for the set up and administration of your portal.  What you are paying for is the service of installation and labor associated with that.

We feel it is always best if the program is stored on your server whenever possible. Please fill out the form on our order page and we will look into the features of your current hosting company.

There are literally dozens of programs that can be utilized for a system such as this. Inform us of your requirements and we will find something to suit your needs.

That is a matter of personal choice. Many of our clients have portals that are unknown to anyone besides their staff and clients while others highlight them in their marketing.

If the correct steps are taken during set up your users are not visible to the public. Although we stress these standards during our set up we can not guarantee any users you have set up yourself.  If you subscribe to a Managed Services package we will set up your users and assure the correct permission levels.

Yes all of the programs offered may be managed by you. There are help files and support sites available for all of our versions.

Portals covered by our Maintenance Services are backed up Monday - Thursday and Saturday.  Our tech generally does these late afternoon as most clients will leave communication for you earlier in the day.  If you need a specific time set up let us know.
